Have you ever woken up with a song in your head that you just can't get rid of? I often end up remembering songs from a day or so before and they just go round and round in my head. So, this morning I woke up and I kept singing to myself ... "Are you going to Sam Frans Disco, Will You Be Wearing Pubic Lice In Your Teeth" ... I think I'm going mad! 
Today has been a great day, I went to the gym earlier, I hadn't been for three weeks as I'd had a chest infection
Now though I'm feeling good and it was great to get back doing some much needed fitness work after christmas.
So I'm going to make mondays a day when you can ask me any question you want, so get those questions rolling in and I'll answer, they can be anything that you want to ask me, good, bad or indifferent
