I hope you've all had, or are having a great day. It's been good here, I was at the gym this morning for an hour, came home and had two muffins filled with bacon and tomato sauce and have just had a curry tonite!

In between that I was watching the football. Chelsea stuffed Newcastle 4-0 so that's all good news. Not much else been happening, to be honest all those things have taken up my day. Not got much planned for this evening, I could go to another firms do, but they're often crap.

So, I'm gonna go chill. Take care, until later ...

nah sock was clean having only been on his foot for an hour. I did try to wrestle one of the old birds tights off her to use that but she wasn't having any of it...........jeez I can't even fight an old lady!
