The first cartoon she posted was not ridiculing men...it was ridiculing black men, as evidenced by the African continent in the background. And the image of a thick-lipped black buffoon does not sit well with many people.
Your comment stating that she seemed "to have gotten them right" came off as agreeing wholeheartedly with an incredibly offensive caricature of Africans/blacks.
The very fact that she posted the picture smacks of ignorance (rather than aggressive racism), but your post was even more disturbing, since you seemed to so cheerfully support that viewpoint.
