I had a great weekend.
Friday night I went to my beautiful friend's house, we played cards and we drank a lot. We planned to stop drinking at 1 in the morning, because I had to work Saturday morning, and it was her first day at school for September-december term, but I stayed in her house until 3 in the morning, because it rained a lot, so I couldn't leave her house earlier...
And last night, I went with my friend Marco (he was my best friend at the university), to the bulldog bar to see playing the band called Votan. They are one of the oldest metal bands here in Leon, mexico. With Cristeros and Sepulcro (My brother played guitar in that band), in the 90's, they were the most recognized metal bands in this zone of Mexico, called "El Bajio"
We arrived to the bulldog at 22 hours and it was crowded, there was a lot of people, and we had to be stand all night, but I didn't minded. Unfortunately, 5 or 10 minutes after we entered, there was a fight in the street, and one security guard was hitted in his face with a beer bootle. I didn't know what happened to him, probably had to be taken to the hospital...
Well, in that moment, there was a young boys band playing, OMG, I heard probably the best version ever of Judas Priest's breaking the law... when they finished, there wasn't claps... Poor boys, I know, they deserve to have the opportunity to play, but when you aren't capable to play well, don't do it, come back to your house, and rehears the double...
Well, Votan started playing at midnight. They play some kind of trash metal, but they combine their songs with prehispanic sounds... They played they oldest and newest songs. I like to see them, because they always dedicate me a song, for me that was the best moment of the night.
Well, they ended at 2 in the morning, and we stayed outside the bar until 4... there was a lot of friends from these times, from the middle 90's... I was a child in that time.
Well, today I didn't do anything, and the day almost end... I had to work this night, but I don't care about it..
Have a nice week.
