well finally i have had the mortgage offer through! had it back yesterday and didnt get the full amount! but after they had forgoten to add something on they have come back with the correct amount!
so just gotta get the people who are in our new house to move out sharpish! We want to be in next week , hats off to the guy as he has siad they will move into rented until they have sorted out some problems with thier new house which could take a few weeks yet!
