oh my, look what the fed ex man left brought me 
yes folks that is a 24" imac. next to is my old monitor. on top is my betty trying to warm herself. it came on monday and i spent all day transferring my old files and setting it up. i got it to where i want it and i'm now in pure geek heaven i'm still not sure what to do with my old computer. i need to wipe the hard drive and take the second one out. i may ebay it after that. not sure.
it's almost december. that will make it about 2 months since betty first appeared at my doorstep. nobody's called to claim her so i'm making it official now. she's mine. which is good cuz i've grown attached to her. it's amazing how a pet can brighten your life
