thought I'd add that I hate it when weird men act like nursing toddlers and see something, think they can have it, so they feel free to touch. Question: when is it acceptable to grope a woman on the street? Answer: NEVER.
Alcohal doesn't excuse it, being outside a concert/ bar/ infeild doesn't excuse it, and Derby weekend doesn't excuse it. I realize that I'll prob'ly never go to Mardi Gras if I hate Louisville this much one weekend/ year. If you've been through here when this city loses its collective mind, then you might understand.
On a similar note, could anyone explain the whole cat-call thing to me? I can't understand how that action expresses appreciation for seeing someone attractive, or what purpose it serves at all, really.
