So I am going to take a clove of garlic and roast it in the oven for a few minutes while sautee'ing some sweet Italian sausage lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, lemon and slices of roasted garlic. While I am doing that I will have a couple of tomatoes steaming over some boiling pasta shells. Then I am going to mix two egg whites with mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta and cottage cheeses seasoned with paprika and a pinch of cloves. I will put a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the casserole dish, stuff the boiled pasta shells with the cheese and top it off with some marinara sauce with the sweet itialian sausage and diced tomatoes. As a side dish I will use pine nuts, spinach, carrots, feta cheese and some poppy seed dressing and serve it to you with a glass of white wine.
