OMG! Its the Creature from the black lagoon!

The part you can't really see is the fact that it is covered in shells, green leaf appliques and sequin flowers with some kind of lace hanging off the bottom that looks like seaweed!
But i guess i shouldn't complain. The daughter of the women who bought this dress got a dress that makes her look like a pale pink Fosters Farm chicken!!

What a day!!!
