Piebald was nothing short of amazing. The set was mostly of older songs from Venetian on back. They played at the UChurch last night to a crowd of about fifty people, of which, every single person knew every word of every song. It was a fantastic sing-a-long. I think even the Piebald boys were impressed; they just kept looking back and forth at each other all big-eyed and shocked. This in particular is why I have loved the Philly scene with utmost dedication for almost fifteen years now. I have never seen people enjoy a show as much as in Philly. If you stack all the shows I've been to in DC, Baltimore, Denver, Pittsburgh, Miami, Daytona, and LA together, they wouldn't even come close.
Fancy dinner party tonight with friends and going to see Spoon tomorrow night.
Oh, yeah, and did you notice it's Springtime?! You know what that means? Soon, every weekend will be spent at the beach!!!! If anyone is up for some Frisbee or volleyball let me know, I'd love to get a group together for a lazy beach day in the next couple of weeks.
Check ya later, gaters!
