I had a dream last night that i was flying, ok well no i was rather swiming in the air. I have been having similar dreams since i was in high school. It was cool to have that freedom, althought it was hard to "swim" in the air, i think i woke up exhausted.
Well, I went snowboarding yesterday -- on the noob slope. I fell many times, and lost feeling in my toes. I could barely breathe due to asthma, and I suck at pretty much everything I try.
On a side note, I love cold weather and I love potential frostbite.
I'd love to just walk outside with nothing but jeans and lay back in a chair...

I can't think of an emoticon. I am on writer's block as it is. Have to finish chapter 1 and i have been wrestling with many ideas. I need to go out and have a drink. I used to be stationed at the Coast Guard base near South Beach, near the mcarthur causeway, on the other side of the bridge and i trained in Cape May New Jersey, so everytime i read your location and hometown i remember those places.

They are a big part of me, however i am still curious about them.
One thing is my family in particular, the have this alter ego on how they are to other people and how they are as a family. So i am trying to see them as a whole and learning to love them.
I don't think you should be jealous, family is after all people being with people, and sometimes you are stuck with people you wouldn't want with you. You might not have that kind of link via blood or heritage, but you can have other links with other people that can be as strong or stronger than anything else.
After all, i spent a lot of years hating my family a lot. Including my grandmother, it has cost me a lot to reach a neutral approach to see them in a different light.
