reminder: eating disorders will definitely kill you at some point. even if you're in recovery and relapse very few times.
i'm going to the dr wednesday to tell her about my relapses and to be tested for osteoporosis, have my electrolytes checked and my heart checked as well.
did you know that the chances of going into cardiac arrest are highest during recovery and after relapses. which happens to be this time for me. ugh. not a fun thing to think about.

I have a eating disorder of eating to much!!! .....everytime im not fealling full I feal the NEED to eat a big meal it kinda sucks. cost a lot ha ....hope things go well for you you can do it lady!
