Looked at the dream house today. WOW. It really is cool. This guy is building it and he is just sick of driving all the way from Jersey to work on it. His loss would be our exponential gain! I am not at all sure if we can even get a home loan, let alne a construction loan on top of that. This may also be too expensive for us to afford . I really hope we can do it. I think I may be in over my head. I can't get anyone to co-sign ( though I Haven't asked anyone in my family). I am so determined, this place is MY DREAM!!! I HOPE, HOPE, HOPE It is possible.

UPDATE:
Meeting with the mortgage broker on Wed. She said to show 3 forms of established credit.... I am screwed, the husband is pretty good. Hopefully not bad news, but mostly I think we might not get it. Bummers... I hope there is a way to fix it...
