Thank you (and everyone!) For your awesome support, gently worded critiques, and genuine love on my set! I still haven't given up hope that it will make an appearance on the front page, but it could always use more love! (Someone said that they're only considering sets with 1500 "<3" now. I try not to give much clout to claims like that unless it comes from someone who actually decides these things, but hell, I'm only 201 likes away, so lets make that our new goal now, shall we?) GO <3 ME PLEASE!
So, in other news about my crazy life, I started an etsy for my soaps, and things are going really well! I've started making more unisex/manly bars too! My latest (and possibly greatest) is this beast:
It's a tea-tree/eucalyptus scented bar made with honey and oatmeal soap and containing activated charcoal, or "black magic". Activated charcoal is good for detoxing the skin, drawing out impurities, reducing acne and redness, and brightening skin tone. Basically, it does everything you want out of a bar of soap. The tea-tree and eucalyptus leave you with a fresh minty tingle, and the honey and oatmeal provide a smooth, soft lather. If you can't tell, I'm super passionate about being able to not only create these, but also inform people on how different natural ingredients can help them look/feel the way they want (while smelling awesome, too!) My favorite thing about doing hair was always educating people on products they can use to maintain the looks I created in the salon, and now I feel like I'm doing something very similar, but with even more control over what goes in to the products. AAAANYWAY, More relevant than that is: HELL CITY IS IN LESS THAN A WEEK!!! I am sooooo stoked, and sooooo terrified all at once! I am super social via the www, but I'm suuuuuch a wallflower irl. I'm bringing my instax and 5 rolls of film, though, so yall better come get your picture with little old me. AND I'm rooming with @titan_, @catt_, @firefly, and @roggen, so basically my life is MADE! I'm so stoked to snuggle those bunnies and get a little wild n' out. I don't have any iron-clad plans while I'm out there (no shoots or tattoos planned) so it's just going to be a 3-day vacation with people I've been dying to meet, and hopefully some good food!
Outside of that, everyone should go lay some love on @lavish_'s new set that was shot by Corwin the same day mine was. I shot first, and then I watched her shoot and my head rolled off my shoulders. She's the most sensual person I've ever been in the same room with, and this set HAS to make her pink, like, today. If you want to lose your mind, click here
