lineolium is teh suck.
Yes!, not only can I design, implement, and repair computer networks; but I can also design, build, and remodel a house. However, I'll only do roofing once every 8 years, and I wont play with electrical that's over ~500 volts, and I wont do anything with natural/LP gas (personal preference).
Anywho...I decided in the spring I was gonna rip the fucking lineolium out of the bathroom and lay down tile; I did want to put down marble, but the wife said "it costs too much" (but damn does it look 10x better!). So I ripped the fucking lineolium up about 3 months ago and have been procrastinating finishing it (mostly because the glue and backing is stuck to the concrete and it's a pain).
Today I decided it was "fine as is" and I'll just tile over what's left. None of it is loose, so it should be fine for a substrate.
Now to finish removeing the fucking wallpaper and mud the walls where taking the fucking paper off fucked up the walls.
and when I'm done with this bathroom...I get to do it all fucking over again on the other one; and then rip up all the lineolium in the kitchen and put down harwood laminate. JOY!
on a side note, there is a HUGE Wolf Spider in my office (which is in the garage outside) and it's making faces at me, threatening to rip my arm off and beat me with it
