There are times when you taked a step back and realize that somethings aren't worth being pissed off about. Especially when you are taking it way more seriously then the person who (knowingly or unknowingly) offened you. I talked to a really good friend at work and she told me to look at from someone else's perspective. I thought about it and she was right because what may seem normal or even tame to me is probably not for someone else. She also pointed out that I have been really on edge lately and have been a little snappy and defensive. She is right I have been and I definetly don't like the way I have been acting. I'm glad I unloaded on her because I generally keep my true deep deep feelings and thoughts to myself. Talking about it and letting out helped a lot. Thanks to everyone for all the wonderful posts they also helped.
