So , here I am, home again in CT. friday i head to south carolina, and Joe leaves for copenhagen i knooow im going to cry, but at least belle (my cousin) will be there to cheer me up for a few more days in chucktown before i have to actually fend for myself.
with the way last year went, i definately have my reservations about going back, but in the words of billy idol, "you gotta do what you gotta do."
i finished a few chuck p. books within the past two or so weeks. diary and lullaby namely. He's got an interesting style. tom robbins-esque, with a healthy dose of masochism i think. his research is what impresses me the most though. he really goes into background detail with his subjects. I love it! aanyhow, im dead from the weekends activities, but ill write later.
ps. so i've been looking for this japanese traditional classical guitar song for fucking EVER, and i cant find it anywhere. its supposedly japans national song. im thinking perhaps i have the title wrong. does anyone know what im talking about? i heard it last semester in a music class and was completely blown away by it, and now i really cant find it. grr. nite nite

Hi there, so how is this vacation going? Doing anything fun beside reading? Sorry never heard of that Japanese song. I've heard of Billy Idol though

Welcome to SGCT. I saw that you're in Fairfield County, me too. If you're not busy and up for meeting some of the peeps, consider coming to this on Wednesday.
