i wen to the doctor and got my panic attack pills........the doctor was this awesome lady who knows my whole family, but didnt know me......she was really cool......yup......that and work and drinking was pretty much my day......

last night i had to have a serious talk with a friend which ended up with us sitting on the kitchen floor drinking vodka and pbr and talking this girl out of suicide....... ...........i think situations like this are why ive been having really bad panic attacks........
