Hey y'all, hope everyone's having an OK time for the holidays. We got hit by a huge snowstorm over the last 24 hours and it's a total white-out. Snow is always kind of fun at first, then it just gets really fucking annoying.
I just found out that SG wants li'l old me to design some banners for the site!!! I'm so stoked. If you 've seen the ZBQ banners on here, I did all those, as well as some of the IndieClick ones. I've been a fan of SG for 3 years now and it will be an honor to make these. 3 years isn't that long but it's amazing how far this site has come in that time. Seeing the new DebraJean set reminded me of the site when I first saw it- it was all about DJ, Mary, Voltaire, Claudia, Missy and Spooky. It was a lot more stripped down than it is now but it still had a lot of spunk.
I've been getting so many requests from girls to be zerokidz lately that it's embarrassingly cool. I've got pictures from bracket, Llona, stasia, zui (hothothot ouch) and more waiting in the wings. If you're an SG and you're interested in modelling, contact me.
The site is doing really well- I took most of December to change things around quite dramatically. I decided that instead of doing things on an "in stock" basis I'm going to go back to "made-to-order". This way people can choose their favorite design on any color, style or size they want. It takes a little longer to get your shirt but it's much funner and more satisfying.
New year's eve will be King Konqueror and the Heelwalkers at the Attic- should be good times. I'll sign out with the immortal words of Ross Porter:
