Ahhh July 17th! Happy Birthday baby girl Samantha! though I can hardly call you a baby anymore. Had her birthday party yesterday. The lovely and amazing ms Kirin showed up, and did an admirable job of not running in terror from the children that were here. LOL. My little girl got lots of fun presents, and due to the stupid heat of the day we're hanging out inside, and learning the admirable properties of play doh. I was hoping to get out on my boat today, but I don't want me, or my kid to get heat stroke, so hopefully next weekend will be a bit cooler.
In other news, I have a date! woot woot. Been messaging and texting the girl for a week or so, and she seems cool. I'll be curious to see what she looks like in real life. Wish me luck!
