I feel the need to update my journal, but I've got nothing to say...
Ummm....
Here's a random Zarina Fact:
I recently learned that when I was young I was ambidextrous and held my pencil in a fist. They made me use this weird rubber thing on my pencil to force me to use the right hand until I was in grade 3 or 4 when I refused to use it anymore. Now I have problems "loosening up" in my drawing because no matter how I hold my pencil, it feels unnatural.
Another random Zarina Fact:
One of my favourite things about my new place are the tall, low to the ground windows in my room. There's one at the foot of my bed and I always leave that curtain open and in the mornings I wake up to the sunlight and nothing makes me feel more relaxed and beautiful. It's a gorgeous feeling to have the warmth of the sunlight wake you up.
One more random Zarina Fact:
It's thanksgiving here in Canada this weekend and i'm going home to my mother's house for about 4 days or so and am stressing over not having a fish sitter to the point that I almost decided to not leave until sunday so I can be sure he's fed. My poor little Drunkard... who will feed him?
xoxo
