Ok guys, here's the game plan.

I'm going to take the job at my landlord's salsa club. Then, in September I'm going to go back home and visit my highschool. While at school, I'm going to hunt down the hot dance teachers and talk it up with them. I will then mention my job there at the salsa club and how cool it is and then continue on to invite them down for dinner and salsa with me. I will then get them overly drunk and bring them back to my place and have my way with them.

Needs before I move:
-second coat of purple paint and half of the trim
-minor touch ups around the house, including getting 3 of the 4 closets to be able to close and a dead bolt on the door

Count downs:
5 days to moving (I hope)
10 days to mine and my roomate's party
17 days to labour day weekend
