so if there is anyone in my area (woodlands ,Texas)I would greatly appreciate it if you could point out some tattoo artist that are amazing... Because I'm feeling the need to get one fixed one covered up and a new tattoo somebody plz help me out

It's actually down in Webster so you would have to come to the south side of town but it would be worth it considering he has won a pile of awards including a national title in Vegas for his work
