Hey everybody,
Funny news today. Last night while watching scratchy Bruce Lee flicks, I sent a few e-mails to some websites that have pics of models just to get an OK to maybe use some in a few of my works. One place wrote me back and said each image I use would cost $150 and the other place simply said, "thanks, but sorry." That second one was really professional, right? Ah, no big deal. I don't want to do stuff that looks like drawings of porn stars anyway. I want to get more tattoos and piercings and mutil-colored hair in what I draw. Put some attitude and life and grit in my work. That's why I'm here, and you guys all like my work and that helps drive me even more. I need to hear that I'm doing good, sometimes.
This morning, I was thinking about all the hot rod photos my dad shows me to this day and how much fun all that shit is. '32 Fords with chopped tops and whitewall tires; big ones in the back, small ones in the front. Fuzzy dice, coolers of beer, the smell of gas and oil, some good music and Craftsman tools. Damn, if there was a place like that nearby, I would fuckin' live there.
I grew up with stuff like that since my dad was a hot rodder. He built a dragster from scratch in the mid 70's and airbrushed a Frank Frazetta painting on the front of it. Sweet. I helped him build a Ford T-Bucket that he wound up selling before he completed it just to buy a Harley. Well, it was sad, but I liked the bike, but....
When the day comes for me to start my classic car collection, and it will come, he's gonna be in hog heaven. He'll be passing along tips and how-to's with rock music blaring away in the garage. I can't wait for that.
Damn, I got lost in a stream of consciousness! Fun trip though, right?
I want to make a pin-up of this at some point...
Who wants to model for it? Just send a pick.
Hope everyone is doing OK out there. Go out and have some fun!

you should go see it at the theater. In the beginning of the movie there are tons of landscape scenes on the mountain that are just awesome.

YOu just have to learn how to make your body go limp when you hit that tree.
