Usually when it's time to dye my hair, I'll either have my mom do it in my parents' kitchen or do it myself in my tiny bathroom, trying not to get dye on anything. Either way, it's usually a somewhat chaotic process.
This time, I was fortunate and I had a friend looking to expand her portfolio by doing some fun colors. Since my color was starting to grow out, it seemed like a great plan. Not only did I get a chance to catch up with a friend I hadn't seen for a while, I had my hair professionally dyed for the first time in my life. It was a treat and it turned out great!
When I went in my hair was purple, pink, and blue and usually I am never able to bleach the color out completely. She used some crazy cosmetology voodoo and as you can see, she got almost all out it out.
Now it is a vibrant pink and purple. The pink was actually too bright to register on my friend's camera so it looks a little bit more red. The left front is pink and left front is purple and is the opposite in the back. I really love it and now my hair will be freshly dyed before my next set.
