A few weeks ago I was getting off the river and there was this new DNR guy there (Division of Natural Resouses...they are kinda like park rangers) He took the names of all the guides.
Well.....a few days ago he comes to Blue Ridge, make a total prick of himself....and looks through all the records.
Did you know that its illegal to guide unless you are CPR and first aid certified? No? Well, niether did I. Or anyone else at blue ridge.
Everyone that didnt not have that paper work on the day he took names got fined. Not the company....the actual guides.
500 FUCKING DOLLARS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Min. Max is 750 and jail time.
Sad thing is...I DO have those certifications....but I got them like 3 days after that day
