MOVING
Short. Simple. Sweet. This will be my post today (for the most part). Been super busy this last week prepping to move into San Francisco. Rental truck is being picked up the 13th and I will have my new place in San Francisco. Crazy transition for me, especially not "really" knowing anyone all that much in the city. But I'm sure I'll be making new connections and friends quick, people to get out and about with and explore my new territory.
Had my first day of the two day Garage Sale/Moving Sale I planned and have already pocketed over $2,000 from selling a bunch of my stuff. Still more to be sold, mainly a laptop and some other electronics, etc... well and an assload of board games. The newly acquired cash will help me redesign my living area quite a bit and make it a fun and new taste for me.
Alright thats it for me tonight... TOTALLY BORING for the most part, but then again I'm working on only 15 minutes sleep today so it might just be time to get some rest.
I'll leave you with a great song from Bat For Lashes - The Big Sleep. Been listening to it while I do more of my minimalist design work for class. Definitely can get lost in the almost ghostly tonality of it.
And to honor the beautiful and awesome girl Pistolita, who is on the verge of having her baby anytime now, I'll close with her words:
