Hey Everyone! Yeah I said I would post a few concept designs for he Warhol book cover I am designing... I haven't yet posted multiple concepts but you guys can help me out a bit with color choices... Its a tough one but the theme of the book is pretty Dark at times, yet comedic... Its almost Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas meets Warhol. So wild yet "pop" colors will work. Here are two simple concept color choices I am playing with but am not too sure about:
Red/Gold Color Concept
Blue/Yellow Color Concept

Anyways, still cant get The Black Keys out of my head. This band freakin rocks, love em.
Alright thats all for now... A special shout out to an amazing girl that seems to blow my mind more and more everyday, you're friendship is unparallel to any other. I'm glad we get what time we have to talk and smile (lol even when the smiles ache hours after we stop talking). You'll always have a sacred place in my heart

Here is a note from Dan about some Lexus commercials he shot in France a little while back, so if you have TIVO and have a moment please watch the commercials... it will help him out ALOT. THANKS!
The Lexus commercials I shot about a month ago in France and
Switzerland are now on TV! They are two short documentaries- one on
avalanches and the other on bridges but you can only watch it if you
have TIVO. I hope you think they are RAD.
If you don't have TIVO please tell people that DO have TIVO to watch
them because the more people that watch it (in its entirety) the
better it reflects on me-- so watch 'em over and over again!! If
these commercials are successful they may play them in movie theaters
which would really be a dream come true...
So, if you have TIVO-- go to the main menu, if you don't see a star
next to "Lexus explores safer mountains and bridges" then go to the
SHOWCASES menu and click on the LEXUS LOGO. Watch 'em both, and don't stop in the middle that's even worse!!!
