Hey everyone! First week of school has been great though I have been majorly preoccupied with a special someone. So much preoccupation that I have even put off going back to work a couple of days to spend some quality time with that person. Can't do too much of that or ZAMN's gonna be a broke boy before their arrival here in February from the land down unda! I don't know though school and work together are really freakin hectic, I'm sure I'll work it out but I know the one thing that's not going away is that person.
Anways, past all the hubba hubba business and onto my trip to San Francisco. Yep, I'm leaving the 26th of September to take a single day trip to attend the Revision3 ReVamp Party!!! Those of you who don't know who Revision3 is, which is probably all of you, they are a web-based Tech Network (break out your nerd glasses now) that started during the TechTV and G4TechTV days (if you have cable you may have seen that channel). Revision3 was started by Kevin Rose who has also created the well known social news networking website Digg.com. Revision3 hosts the also well known podcast Diggnation as well as others including GeekDrome hosted by two good friends of mine.
The event is going to be great and I'll get the chance to meet some people I've been wanting to meet for a while now as well just kick back and talk with some people about the geekier things in life, lol.

Now to close I'll give you a little pick at an additional segment that I'm thinking about adding to my This Week In Geek segment called The RETRO VAULT. The RETRO VAULT will be me opening up pandoras box of old 80's and 90's memories that should have been long forgotten. This week Ill show you a little clip from one of my favorite short lived Cartoons of the 80's known as Kidd Video. The series was about a California teen music band called Kidd Video who one day while practicing in an abandoned warehouse gets warped into a Rock n' Roll world known as the FlipSide.
