I absolutely love collecting legos. I started collecting them in elementary school. I found out about them when I went over to a friends house and they pulled up a tub of legos and polly pockets. We were building all kinds of different things for hours on end. After that I would go over to her house all the time.
In middle school I got my very first set, which was around the middle of June. My foster mom at the time bought me some really badass Star Wars legos. From then on when ever I've had extra money I went a go small or large sets, if I was feeling rich because, lets be honesty, it's expensive. I've never been a hater of any theme. I'll buy city sets, marvel, friends and the new elves. To me legos are legos and the more awesome colors I have the better the outcome
What really draws me to them is that fact that the possibilities of what I can accomplish or make with them is endless. Everytime I see a picture or video of other peoples amazing collection I saw, "oh wow, I need to try." So I use what I had and make it. It's definitely better to make stuff now that I have tons of them but every time I look at my collection I always say it's not enough.
Here are a couple of builds I've done. There are plenty more on my Instagram, legocici_sgh
