I recently had an appointment with the personal trainer at my gym. It was free with my membership so I figured I'd have her evaluate my current fitness level.
After putting me through a pretty intense circuit of six exercises back to back with little or no rest that made me pretty light headed and a little nauseous, she determined I am quite fit. She also took measurements and my weight before having me hold an electronic thingamajig that spit out a number of 11.8%, which was my body fat. Guess I'm closer to my goal than I thought.
