Alright so I have a plan in the works to help with a few things. Going to start eating better, cut back on drinking, and start working out again. My oldest sister is now a Nutritionist so she's going to help me out on the nutrition side of things. Every thing else is up to me I've pushed through worse days so I think I can do it. I've dug out some of my old work out gear that's been collecting dust for too long... time to get sweaty.
The picture is just a base line for me so I can see what progress I make. I'm not in terrible shape but things can always be improved. Also the fancy gitch are from Meundies for those that are curious.
