...just need a solution now. Well the problem is chronic depression. In the past I used to work out all the time to help combat it but nowadays I don't quite have the energy for it. Also it's a bit of a trick to motivate oneself to do it. Once upon a time I was in amazing shape and the endorphin rush got me through some bad times. So my question to anyone who's reading this. Got any tips to self motivate?
