Finally get to spend some time on here as I got back from my holiday yesterday. Doing anything I can to keep myself busy at the moment, idleness just leads to introspection and depression, and I could do without that at the moment.
I've had the best 3 weeks though, visited my grandparents down in the cape
met up with good friends and sang like a crazy person
finally popped my oppikoppi cherry, with the obvious highlight being the Death Valley Blues Band
and spent time with the Flee. That was definately the best part of my holiday. Although now that I'm back, it's back to the wondering, and the complications. I think I was kind of hoping to sort things out when I went back this time, and even i think i half expected things to end between us. But spending time with him again was awesome, getting to know him a little more and actually realising that I don't think I can do without this person in my life.
Atleast I have all his friends on my side, and they're all great too, but now it just means I potentially have some big decisions to make. There was a good line in one of the films I watched on the flight back, Love in the Time of Cholera, that basically says I'd rather live with the pain than the regret, and I think thats true. I'd rather make the move and have it go horribly wrong, than regret missing out on what could be happiness.
