Well Saturday was spectacular, after waking up having the end of mu curtain pole narrowly missing my head as it bounced off my headrest, got to work to find th place and absolute mess, got in the delivery and then proceded to completely destroy my back

Ended up in position where i could barely stand up let alone move about, got one of the girls to create a makshift seat so i could sit down and rest then the manager called the ambulance. After getting pretty high on gas and air i was able to move myself onto a chair so that they could get me to the ambulance and then to the hospital. HHad alot of tests to make sure that it wasnt any problems with the bones the doctor came to the conclusion that it was the muscles and tendond=s that had ripped. So i was given lots of painkillers - Diazepam, Diclofenac and Tramadol and sent home and told to keep mobile. Today has been the first day where i could move without ising a walking stick to get around. Did get lots of love from my cat Tom who i miss so much:

Back to Cambridge tonight, not sure if i will be able to walk to uni or go to work for a few days yet
