Been a bit of a busy week, in a good way for once
Bought a PS3 for research purposes (cough) for my university course, think im going to have lots of fun player errr studying the games on it Got some cool games for it, Darksiders (played it on xbox, loved the game and i love Joe Mads comics anyway so it was a no brainer), God of War 3 which is just awesome and a very guilty pleasure Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2 - not a great game but its Gundam so i dont care The collectors edition of Bioshock 2 is in the post, cant wait to get my hands on it, looking forward to flicking through the art book for ideas and inspiration for my course.
The giant bean bag for the middle of my room has been ordered, so i will now have somewhere to lounge while watching movies or playing games, its going to be a nice relaxing room in the house for my next 2 years of uni. Speaking of the couse - it starts next week and im really looking forward to getting back into it, the long summer holiday was fun but it will be great to get back into my work and i get to play with 3DSMax this year!
Upgraded my phone to the shiny, shiny new iPhone 4, which is just so nice, have some really cool games on there aswell, if you have an iPhone get Chaos Rings by the guys who did Final Fantasy its just amazing.
Watched Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World for the second time yesterday, first time ive ever gone back to the cinema to watch a film, and just like the first time i started laughing when the universal sign came up in 8 bit and didnt stop. In HMV i managed to find probably the worst horror movie ive ever seen (which is saying something when youve seen as many bad films as i have), it had a cast of 8 and a budget of about the same, for you pleasure i present Zombeak - Evil Most Fowl!!!
Got a ticket to a gig for a band ive always wanted to go and see, Arch Enemy are playing in London in November, cant wait its going to be awesome! Will have that gig and one for 30 Seconds to Mars in the same week
Have a great time everyone and i will leave you with my fav songs from both Arch Enemy and 30 Seconds to Mars:
