The urge to stretch my ears out some more has come apon me again. Currently they are at 3/4 in about 19.5 mm. I love streaching my ears, its so much fun! I haven't streached them since april, so I have given them enough time to fully heal, and can once again go at it.
My roomate in new orleans was a piercer, and I picked up some good tips from him. However in the piercing world I am looked at as a hack piercer because most of my work was self done... a taboo in the world of body modification. Even though I have been chewed out a chastised time and time again for doing my own work, I still love doing it.
The only piercings which I haven't done myself are my center lip piercing (the only crooked one I have) and my tongue ring. My nose which is done once on either side I did, and my four other lip rings were also self done. I know i might get chewed out again by somebody for this journal entry, it happens every time I mention self piercing. Oh well, it isn't going to change the fact that I did it. I am definately a masochist and I enjoy piercing myself and being in controll of the needle. However, I reccommend entirely going to a piercer, Just because I happen to get black out drunk and somehow wake up with an okay placed piercing doesn't mean I will always get so lucky. So I totally don't reccomend the zagan style of piercing, it is like playing russian rulet with your face. Which just isn't always the healthiest way to go about putting holes in your body!
Okay back to the ears, I guess I am going to go streach my ears out some more today... well hopefully! And I hope everybody has a wonderful day ahead of them!
