It's been a while since I have posted anything on here. My life has been crazy, all over the place for the last year- with lost work, new work, traveling, financial stress, moving into a new place, and unfortunately, a death in the family- and a death in the friendgroup.
But I am feeling ready to remain active on my page now, and get some new sets into MR and keep you all updated weekly on SGH homework and other life events n' such.
I hope you all have been lovely, and don't forget you can still send me love on any of my four sets in MR! It's partially up to you to help me turn PINK! Here are the links (from first to last)
Be prepared for new sets to come as well! Excited for the future. ;)
Now for my super late SGH blog homework... Better late then never!

WHAT'S YOUR FAVORITE RECIPE?
Now, this also covers "Favorite Thanksgiving dish" as well.
My current favorite recipe would have to be: Cornbread Pudding.
It sounds weird, but it isn't actual pudding consistency, it's more like very moist cake. If you're a cornbread lover, this dish will never leave your brain. It is a fairly easy make, and your guests and you will want seconds...and thirds.
Here is the recipe:
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Softened Butter
4 Eggs
1 Cup (8 oz.) Sour Cream (optional, for more moisture, use plain Greek yogurt!)
1 Cup 2% Milk
2 Packages Cornbread Mix (8-12 oz. each)
1 Can Creamed Corn
1 Can Whole-kernel Corn
Now here's how you make it! (You may need an electric beater)
- Preheat oven to 325°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in sour cream. Gradually add muffin mix alternately with milk. Fold in corn.
- Pour into a greased 3-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, 45-50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
