Somebody on this website made me sick! If I learned anything from sophomore year and intro to biology, it's that diseases can be spread over the internet. So thanks to whoever gave me this damn sore throat. I could barely yell at the TV today while watching basketball. And I need to yell at the TV, so that the refs know when they're making terrible calls. Enough with this rant, it's getting a little ridiculous. I've had an entire pot of coffee this morning, drank in a feeble attempt to burn out whatever's making my throat scratchy, and I never drink coffee. So I'm feeling a little strange.
I've become addicted to Words With Friends, on my iPhone. Thanks Sonja. If anyone plays, my user name is the same as on SG. Look me up.
I fell asleep watching Moulin Rouge last night. I can't come up with a good excuse for it being on my television. Regardless, that movie always reminds me of the first girl I ever fell in love with. She used to watch it all the time, and loved it when I would attempt to match Ewan McGregor's dreamy serenades (I was in high school at the time, so please, be gentle with your criticisms). College came along, and the strain of distance ended our relationship. But, even though it didn't end well, and it took me awhile to learn how to get over a broken heart, that movie will always cast a warm glow on the memories of our time together.
I think posting this video counts as a new humbling moment. Oh well. Blame it on the coffee, or the reminiscent mood I'm in. Hope everyone's Saturday is going well!
