Geez I'm really bummed out by this Mayan calendar stuff...
Nobody told me. I just renewed a bunch of magazine and
porn-site subscriptions, and now it seems they won't be
able to deliver. But looking at it logically, I suppose I wouldn't
be around anyhow to use them, so it really isn't a financial
issue.

I always thought those Mayan ruins in the Americas (north,south,
central, whatever, who gives a fuck) were really cool; even their
curses too. But these are moot issues now with this calendar shit.

They should have left well enough alone. Personally I don't
care all that much - I hate the goddam holidays anyhow. Reckon
we'll find out in a day or so how it goes down....
