A Question...
Ok... So I'm writing all the time, and I have 2 scripts completed . One of which I won an award for... toot! toot! (That was my own horn there... did you hear it?) and another one on the way in a month or so...
The question is... Does anyone know anyone who knows anything about filming, acting, set design\dressing... etc.?
I have NO film experience other than watching the "behind the scenes" extras on my DVD collection... So you can see where the problem is... I also have no money, no equipment, and no time... BUT I would like to put something together. I was even thinking of getting a bunch f friends to do a read through and I would record the audio and put it together with still images like an animatic... I think if I have learned anything from Kevin Smith is that Guerilla Filmmaking is a way to jump start careers and a cheap way to get your script in the can.
What do you think? Do-able? Know anybody who might be interested?
Scripts:
Losing Faith - Romantic Comedy (the won that won the award)
Blood and Roses - Romantic Horror (the one I was just hyperventilating about last week)
- Z
