Just a quick update to say something really important to me has happened in the fast 24hrs, an ex-girlfriend who i loved very much as been in contact with me and it has come around that she still has feelings for me as much as i still have feelings for her - she's living up in Edinburgh so i'm going up on Friday for a chat and a coffee to see how we react to each other after so long...

We had a rather messy break up over in the States and i haven't spoken to her since then which was some 16 months ago, that is until now... words are useless for describing how happy about this, even if we don't come together again i'm very pleased to be able to call her a friend again...
