i'm back home... and i've switched names
the last time i updated this journal i was in austria getting ready for the slog to venice the following day... i can say that vencie was awesome - such a beautiful city in quite unbelievable circumstances, the weather was great (40 degrees) and i regret that i only had a few hours to try and take it all in. i spent most of the time just wandering around the streets of the city soaking up the amazing atmosphere, i wandered down all the little lanes no wider than wheel chairs which where full of shops and little restaurants and pizzerias. honestly, if you get the chance please visit the city before its situation gets any worse - you can already really see the streets sinking and buildings leaning over as the ground beneath them (which just happens to be nothing more than wooden posts driven into the ground hundreds of years ago) - they say they have a plan to save the city but its going to cost italy billions of euros.
welcome to venice
the grand canal in venice
my final days in austria where spent just chilling out around mayrhofen going up the mountains and visiting more local attractions - if given the chance i would so return tomorrow!
mayrhofen from a cable car...
the last of my summer holiday snow!!
the lake above mayrhofen
returning home... somewhere above germany

also, check out my calendar, i am going to be at foundation in newcastle on october 6th to launch the start of my whole week of celebrations for my 21st birthday... its an open to all so if you're into drum and bass or you just want to get out of where you are come along to newcastle and have a blast... if you need any more info - just leave a note below or email me using the contact thingy on the side there...
