Well seeing it has been some time since I have wrote in this thing (the lovely part of being me, I cant stick with a damn task), lets see where we are at now. Work today was grand. Usually we have to go in and escort some civilian contractors around restricted areas when they are getting their work done for 10 hours a day but this week they are having their final approval to see whether or not the job is done so I only have to work 2 hours a day. The great thing about a salary is that sometimes it works out for you......not often. I feel for all of you fast food managers out there that work on a shitty salary for hours and hours on end without any job satisfaction or hope of advancement. I read a book called "Fast Food Nation" about just that.....well some of that but mostly the ingenius of these fast food companies corporate structure and also how shitty their products are for you. Which reminds me....do we ever really learn anything? I still walk in the freezing cold weather with sandals on to get soem Taco Bell because it is a pain in the ass cooking for one all of the time. Even hot pockets have a partner. One of these days I will find that one that doesn't drive me insane within a week. Puzzle for the day....
