I guess it's kind of dumb to talk about "beaches" here in these islands. Basically there are thousands of tiny islands and islets surrounding the atolls. Each have shores made up of white coral sand. The interiors are jungles, unless there are inhabitants. My island is 30 miles long and 200 or 300 yards wide, with about 30,000 people living on it. The most densely populated is the island on which I was raised: 80 acres, 1 mile long, 100-200 yards wide, with 12,000-15,000 people.
