I guess I do have a strong exhibitionist streak. I love the Islands if only for the fact that I can get a bit buzzed, strip off my clothes, and walk around outside any time of year. "Waterfront property" has no meaning here, as the islands are all about 100-200 meters wide, from coast to coast. You're either "lagoonside" or "oceanside".
