I jogged around my block this afternoon.
Ouch my lungs hurt.
I am going a week (well five days anyway) without drinking any alcohol or smoking any p@t.
So far I have managed to do all of my homework, study tons, start doing yoga, and clean my house a whole bunch.
I am going crazy!
