First day in the Outpost, and a grizzly sow with a 2-year-old cub came visit us
They were just a few yards from us.
And a mule deer doe, which was always in the manure pile and was very friendly. Once I was digging a hole to build a gate, and she was watching me at the other side of the gate, maybe just 10 or 12 yards away.
