So I've been up since 4:15. Meaning I have been up for almost 6 hours. I thought I would be dragging by now. But holy mother, I am rock em sock em. And I haven't drank any soda or red bull. I got up, to my pre workout drink, got to work, lifted for the first time in months, and I thought I would crash after that, but no. I have had two bowls of oat meal this morning. I discovered a way to make them that is very simple and really good to eat. I usually like to just drink my breakfast in the mornings, but this stuff is awesome. And it's not the instant kind. Lunch today will consist of a chicken ceaser wrap. If you have never tried Ceaser Vinaigrette, it awesome. Loaded with flavor and not loaded down with fat and cal. I love the stuff. My snack today will consist of a cup of Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts. Why am I telling you all of this? Because I have begun a change in my life. One for the better. And this is one of the most supportive places I know of. As I said I lifted this morning and tomorrow is conditioning. Not something I'm ready for, but I love a challenge. So, I've been up a long time and I'm ready to tackle the day. The only thing is, I don't know what to tackle. I'm not wired energy, but I have energy and I feel like I need to do something. Good night, if I could have sex right now I do believe I could go for hours. I have some tasks I must complete today, before I go to work, but I can not do any of them until later this afternoon. So right now I am hanging out at my aunts house. She's asleep, which mean I have my alone time. So for now I am going to go watch TV and check out the lovely ladies in MR. Good morning to you all..

Sounds like you are off to a great start! Congrats! I myself, missed my boot camp this morning due to a bad case of insomnia last night (I think I was excited about my newest set being up, go figure!) so I am off to go do some lifting... anyway, thank you very much for stopping by my new set, super happy that you liked it!
