Lots of organizing today and still no luck with my ftp. I feel retarded trying to use this thing. I've used FTP Commander before and it was easy. but for some reason now I can't get logged on or I can't upload anything and it keeps telling me "access denied". I've contacted customer service and they keep telling me the same thing and not giving me any answers. IF ANYONE READS THIS AND KNOWS ANYTHING ABOUT WEBDESIGNING ETC PLEASE HELP ME.
